Central Location and Well-Equipped Apartment

room upgrade great location

I was thankful for the upgrade and truely enjoyed our room. I was impressed by the new room. The whole apartment was comfortable. I also loved that the location was just a stone's throw from the Metro and RER line, which gets you to different places of interest.

The rooms were hot! The accessible room was poorly lit and lacked basics like hooks to hang towels on.

The staff was helpful and friendly during our entire stay, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. The front desk offered quick check-in and check-out services and were also efficient in addressing our queries.

A very good bakery is steps away from the hotel. It was convenient for grabbing breakfast. A machine in the lobby area also dispensed delicious hot chocolate. There are many cafes and restaurants within easy reach of the hotel.

okay stay, some issues

convenient location multiple metro lines good-sized shower boarded up entrance dusty elevator long wait

The location near chatelet les halles station was really convenient. i easily accessed multiple metro lines from there. the room included a kitchenette, so i could prepare my own meals. Next time i will! the shower room was a good size, very neat place.

The hotel lobby entrance felt boarded up on arrival. i almost thought i had entered a derelict building! waiting for the elevator took a very long time. I ended up taking the stairs sometimes.

metro station coffee availability quiet room

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It made getting around simple. the availability of coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. my room was also quiet. I slept well.

convenient location near transport

convenient location cooking facilities clean shower

i found the location very convenient it was close to both gare du nord and gare de lyon perfect for overnight stays between train journeys. the room had cooking facilities i didn't expect so i might use those next time. i appreciated the good sized shower room and the cleanliness throughout plus the free coffee in reception was a bonus i would consider staying again.

the rooms got very hot it was difficult to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level. i also noticed the accessible room was not well lit i did not find any hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom. the check in process was disorganized and several details were not clear for me.

there are many restaurants and cafes nearby it offers a variety of cuisines and dining options. a convenience store located near the apartment entrance makes purchasing groceries easy. the hotel offers free coffee in the reception area for all guests.

the reception service was friendly and helpful all staff members spoke english fluently. the hotel offers a self service comfort room ' convenience. staff members were pleasant and patient even with tired or confused guests.

the hotel is close to the châtelet les halles metro station it provides easy access to various parts of the city. noted dame latin quarter and the louvre are within walking distance. rer lines provide direct access to and from the airport.
